Executive Dysfunction Shrimp and Grits.

Go to your local grocery store and pick up 1 pack of shrimp. Whether it’s frozen or fresh.

If I’m feeling extra lazy I like to get the cooked, deveined and no tail pack from Walmart. 

Then go to your breakfast aisle and pick up a box of quick grits, or even the packets with the different flavors, again, depends on how I’m feeling that day.

You can opt to add shredded cheese, I find that cheddar or Colby Jack taste the best.

I like to make my grits with a little milk and butter instead of just water, but it’s really up to you.

 Also up to you if you put some lemon juice on your shrimp while cooking. I happened to have a lemon on hand so I used it. 

After everything is cooked and ready, mix it all in a bowl and top it with cheese if you’re feeling frisky. Voila!
